Free to use, not available on android. Drawing software with Animation capabilities, however there isn't an animation timeline or an option to import sound.✮ Adobe Flash - Animation
Worked with Flash for about 10 years, moved over to toonboom due to Adobe being stupid and changing things up / dropping support. I prefer toonboom for it's brushes and tools.

The first display graphics tablet I used, genuinely a great piece of kit. Extremely outdated now but served me for so many years.I had to retire it because they stopped manufacturing replacement pens, otherwise I'd still be using it.
